Trust · How it works
Is SellTicketsFast legit? Yes — here’s exactly how it works, and how you’re protected.
Handing your season tickets to a company you haven’t used before is a fair thing to be cautious about. Here’s the honest, full picture: the model, the track record, how your tickets are handled, and the guarantee behind it.
See how selling works →If you’re not satisfied with how we handled your sale, we waive our commission. No upfront fees, ever — and a season ticket holder’s first regular-season sale is commission-free. Our incentive is simple: we only make money when you do.
How you’re protected
Secure digital transfer
Your tickets transfer to us through the official team or venue app — the same secure method used for any sale. No mailing, no physical handoff.
You keep ownership
Your tickets stay yours until they sell. We list and manage them on your behalf — you’re never signing them away.
No upfront fees
You don’t pay to list. Our commission only comes out when a ticket sells, so our incentive matches yours.
Paid every Friday
When your tickets sell, your money goes out every Friday by PayPal or wire — clear and on schedule. Major events pay out the Friday after the event.
Your ticket’s journey — and who owns it at every step
Why trust a name you may not know yet
It’s a reasonable question — and two things should matter more than name recognition:
The track record. Nearly two decades selling tickets, 100,000+ sold, across 150+ teams. This isn’t a side project — it’s what we do, full-time, all season.
The model aligns us with you. We’re paid a commission only when your tickets sell, and only on what they sell for. We don’t make money unless you do — so pricing your tickets to get the most, and actually selling them, is in our direct interest. A service that charged you upfront wouldn’t have that alignment, and our satisfaction guarantee puts our commission on the line.
What to expect, start to finish
1. Tell us what you have
Send us your events. Any team, any major event, nationwide.
2. Transfer digitally
Your tickets transfer through the official app to our verified account — securely, no mailing.
3. We price, list & manage
We price every game to the live market, list across every major marketplace, and handle re-pricing and delivery.
4. You get paid Friday
Your proceeds go out every Friday once tickets sell.
Go deeper before you decide: what your tickets are worth · when you can sell · how fast they sell · when you get paid · what every option really costs.
What happens if your tickets don’t sell?
We get this question on almost every first call, so here is the plain answer: nothing bad. The tickets are yours the whole time, so if an event passes unsold, you simply still own them — use them, transfer them to a friend, or let the next game ride. You owe us nothing: no fee, no charge for the listing work, no cost of any kind. That is what consignment means — our commission exists only inside a completed sale.
What we do in the meantime is work the price. As an event gets closer we re-price to the live market so your tickets have the best realistic shot of selling at a number worth selling for — not dumped early, not stranded high.
How to vet any ticket consignment company — 7 questions to ask
Not just us — ask these before you hand tickets to anyone. The answers separate real consignment services from the operations you should walk away from.
1. Who owns the tickets until they sell?
The only good answer is you. If a service wants tickets signed over before a sale exists, that’s not consignment. (Ours: you own them until the moment they sell.)
2. What do you pay upfront?
Listing fees, “marketing fees,” deposits — all red flags. A consignment service should earn only when you do. (Ours: $0 upfront, commission comes out of the sale.)
3. When exactly do you get paid?
“Whenever it clears, eventually” is where sellers get burned. Demand a fixed, dated schedule. (Ours: every Friday — for major events, the Friday after the event. PayPal or wire.)
4. How do tickets transfer?
Only through the official team or venue app. Anyone asking for screenshots, PDFs by email, or your account password is a hard no. (Ours: official app transfer to a verified account, nothing else.)
5. What does it cost if nothing sells?
The correct number is zero. If there’s a fee for unsold tickets, the service profits from failure. (Ours: zero.)
6. Can you reach a human?
A real phone number someone answers, and replies inside a business day. Vague contact forms and silence are the pattern behind most ticket complaints. (Ours: call or text 888-996-3852; you’ll hear back within one business day, usually much sooner.)
7. What happens if you’re not happy?
Look for a guarantee that costs the company something. (Ours: 100% satisfaction guarantee — we waive our commission.)
Frequently asked questions
Is SellTicketsFast a scam?
No. SellTicketsFast is a full-service ticket consignment company that sells season tickets and premium event tickets on behalf of their owners. You keep ownership of your tickets, you only pay a commission when they sell, and you’re paid every Friday. We’ve sold 100,000+ tickets over nearly 20 years in the market, and we back the service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not satisfied with how we handled your sale, we waive our commission.
How do I send you my tickets?
Digitally. Your tickets transfer to us through the official team or venue app (the same secure transfer you’d use for any buyer) to our verified account at hello@sellticketsfast.com. There’s no mailing physical tickets and no risky in-person handoff.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with how we handled your sale, we waive our commission. There are also no upfront fees, and a season ticket holder’s first regular-season sale is commission-free.
How do I know I’ll get paid?
You’re paid every Friday by PayPal or wire once your tickets sell — for major events like a Super Bowl or Final Four, payment goes out the Friday after the event. Our commission only comes out of completed sales, so getting your tickets sold and paying you is exactly how we get paid too.
Do I keep control of my tickets?
Yes. You keep ownership the entire time — we list and manage your tickets on your behalf and transfer them to the buyer only when they sell. We’re selling for you, not buying them from you.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. We charge a commission only on tickets that sell, a season ticket holder’s first regular-season sale is commission-free, and if you’re not satisfied we waive our commission.
Who is behind SellTicketsFast?
A full-time team that has worked in the ticket market for nearly 20 years, with 100,000+ tickets sold across 150+ teams. We’re a national consignment service — not a marketplace, and not a broker trying to buy your tickets cheap to flip them. You deal with real people: call or text 888-996-3852, or email hello@sellticketsfast.com, and a human answers.
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day — and usually a lot sooner. Tickets are time-sensitive and we treat them that way; the sooner yours are listed, the better they tend to do.
Ready to sell with a service that only wins when you do?
