For Season Ticket Holders
Your first regular-season sale is on us.
Trying us for the first time? We waive our commission on your first regular-season sale. Send us a game you can’t use, see how we work, decide from there. No commitment beyond that one ticket.
Season ticket math is brutal
Say you have 10 Mets season tickets. That’s 10 seats across 83 home games — 830 individual listings per season. Even if you only sell half the games you can’t use, that’s still 400+ listings you have to price, post, monitor, and re-price across a six-month season. Miss one injury update and you’ve underpriced a marquee matchup by 25%. Miss one pricing window and you’re dumping tickets 48 hours before first pitch.
This is the reality for most season ticket holders. It’s why we exist.
The season-holder workload by league
| League | Home games | With 2 seats | With 4 seats | With 10 seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MLB (baseball) | 83 | 166 listings | 332 listings | 830 listings |
| NHL / NBA | 41 | 82 listings | 164 listings | 410 listings |
| NFL | 8–10 (reg + pre) | 16–20 | 32–40 | 80–100 |
| MLS | 17 | 34 listings | 68 listings | 170 listings |
And that’s before we count playoff games, preseason, or multi-team season plans. Most season ticket holders just eat the unused games, give them to friends at a loss, or dump them at the last minute for 40–60% of their real market value.

Start where you actually are
Nobody arrives here as a generic “season ticket holder.” You arrive with a specific problem — seats you didn’t ask for, a job that moved you, four games you’ll never use. We’ve written the honest answer for each one. Find yours.
Still deciding
“Should I even sell these?”
Renew, downsize, or let them go. The math on what your seats cost you versus what they return.
Sizing it up
“What are they actually worth?”
Why face value tells you almost nothing, and what really drives the number on a given game.
Handed down
“I inherited the seats.”
Decades-old seniority you never asked for — and don’t want to be the one who gives up.
Out of town
“I moved. I still hold the seats.”
You keep renewing from 1,200 miles away. Keep the seniority, sell the games.
Big games only
“I want to keep the good ones.”
Or sell only the good ones. Rivalry and marquee dates carry most of a season plan’s value.
Timing
“When can I actually send them?”
Transfer windows, not calendars, decide when your tickets can move. Here’s how they open.
Company seats
“They’re in the company’s name.”
Suites, boxes, and corporate plans that go unused — and need a paper trail when they don’t.
Didn’t pay for them
“These were comped to me.”
Casino host seats, sportsbook VIP invites, client giveaways. Free to you. Not worthless.
And then your team gets hot
Playoff tickets are the reason people keep the seats.
They’re also the hardest inventory to handle alone: dates you can’t plan around, rounds that may never happen, and a pricing window that swings by the hour. Your postseason rights come from holding the seats all year — that’s the whole payoff. Here’s how each league’s works.
Season-holder FAQs
Do I have to consign the whole season, or can I pick games?
Pick games. We consign only what you hand us — any subset of your season plan. Many clients start by handing us one rivalry game or one marquee matchup to see how we work, then grow into a broader partnership as trust builds.
How long does the season-holder relationship usually last?
Most of our season ticket clients have stayed with us for five or more years. It’s a service relationship, not a transaction, and once you’ve gotten your first few Friday payouts and seen the workflow, it tends to become a permanent part of how you handle your plan.
What’s the commission for season plans?
20% on standard regular-season games, 15% on major events (playoffs, Finals, Series games). The commission-free first sale applies to regular-season games.
Do you handle premium suites or group plans?
Yes. Suite seats, club-level seats, and group allocations all go through the same consignment process. Premium amenities get staged correctly in the listing (lounge access, parking, in-seat service) so your seats show up in the right price tier.
What if my season plan includes games I end up being able to attend?
Keep them. Consign only the games you’re sure you won’t use. And if you consign a game and then realize you can attend, reach out — as long as it hasn’t sold, we can pull the listing and return the ticket.
Do you work with season ticket holders outside major markets?
Yes. We handle season plans nationwide. Any MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, or MLS team, any city. We’re a national service.

One difference worth knowing: DIY marketplaces hold your money until after the event. On regular-season sales, we pay the Friday after the sale settles — sell an October game in July, get paid in July.
