Los Angeles Rams · SoFi Stadium · Inglewood
The biggest rivalry left the building — for Melbourne. The rest of the strip inherits its premium, mostly at night.
The Rams won Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in February 2022 — beating the Bengals 23-20 in a home-stadium championship, one of only two home-stadium Super Bowl wins in league history. SoFi Stadium is the most-expensive NFL venue ever built ($5+ billion) and is co-home to the Rams and Chargers. For Rams season ticket holders, the 2026 environment is a conference finalist’s market, not a rebuild: the 2025 team went 12-5 and reached its third NFC Championship Game in eight seasons, falling 31-27 at Seattle to the eventual Super Bowl champions — and premium-venue demand carries that baseline into 2026. First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders.
The Rams ticket market in 2026
SoFi Stadium is 70,240 seats in Inglewood, adjacent to the Kia Forum and the Intuit Dome. The building is an open-air, translucent-roof structure — rain-protected but outdoor-temperature — with the Infinity Screen dual-sided 70,000-square-foot center-hung video board as its architectural centerpiece. Rams inventory at SoFi prices on a mix of LA metropolitan corporate demand, national-brand demand built by the Super Bowl LVI win, and the shared-venue dynamic with the Chargers — the two teams play 17 combined home dates per year in the building.
The premium windows we watch for Rams consignors in the 2026 season:
vs. 49ers — division home date. The California rivalry and the most-watched Rams home date most years. 49ers fans fly and drive in from the Bay Area in strong numbers. Premium 100-level seats trade at 2-3x face on 49ers dates. But 2026 rewrites this one: the 49ers “home” date opens the season at the Melbourne Cricket Ground — the NFL’s first game in Australia — so the rivalry never touches SoFi this year, and its usual premium redistributes across the rest of the strip.
vs. Seahawks — division home matchup. The rivalry has been a core NFC West fixture for a decade-plus. Seattle fans travel in meaningful numbers. Divisional premium is 40-55% above non-divisional dates — and the 2026 home date is the Week 18 finale, a rematch of the NFC Championship, likely with stakes attached.
vs. Cardinals — division home date. Arizona fans travel in modest numbers. Divisional premium is 30-45% above non-divisional dates; the 2026 date lands Oct. 18.
Any prime-time home window (SNF/MNF/TNF). LA as the second-largest TV market consistently earns the Rams multiple prime-time home dates per year — and the 2026 home slate is saturated with them: Giants on Monday night (the Week 2 home opener), Bills on Monday night (Week 5), the Packers on Thanksgiving Eve — a Wednesday game on Netflix (Nov. 25) — and the Chiefs on Thursday night (Dec. 3). Prime-time premium is 30-50% above comparable 1 PM Sundays.
Any rematch from the Super Bowl LVI run. The 2021 Rams championship run included divisional home playoff wins over Arizona and Tampa Bay; regular-season rematches against those teams still carry a measurable narrative-premium in secondary-market pricing.
SoFi Stadium’s premium tier — the Oculus Suites, the Lexus Field Club, the Pikot’s Club, and the Field Premier seats — draws corporate entertainment from LA’s entertainment (Hollywood studios, streaming companies), technology (Snap, SpaceX), and financial services corporate bases. That corporate-entertainment demand plus the novelty premium of the Infinity Screen keeps SoFi premium pricing elevated.
Inside SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium opened September 8, 2020, on the 298-acre Hollywood Park development site in Inglewood. The stadium cost approximately $5.5 billion — the most expensive sports venue in North American history — and is jointly owned by the Rams (primary) and Chargers (tenant). Capacity is 70,240 for football, expandable to 100,000+ for major events (Super Bowl LVI in February 2022, the 2028 Olympic Opening/Closing Ceremonies). The translucent roof provides rain protection without enclosing the bowl, and the 70,000-square-foot Infinity Screen is the largest video board in sports. The venue is the anchor of the broader Hollywood Park mixed-use development.
The Infinity Screen and the translucent-roof architectural signature
The Infinity Screen is a 70,000-square-foot dual-sided center-hung LED video board — the largest video display ever installed in a sports venue. It’s genuinely a different viewing product from any other NFL stadium: every seat in the bowl gets broadcast-quality video plus live game view simultaneously. The translucent ETFE roof provides rain protection while letting natural light fill the bowl. These architectural features function as an enduring pricing lift on every home date — out-of-town buyers routinely rank SoFi Stadium as a bucket-list NFL attendance destination, thickening the premium-date demand curve meaningfully.
The Oculus Suites, Lexus Field Club, and LA entertainment corporate demand
SoFi Stadium’s premium tier is unusually deep: the Oculus Suites (300 premium suites distributed around the 200-level), the Lexus Field Club (field-level, all-inclusive), the Pikot’s Club (club-level, corporate-oriented), and the Field Premier (field-level behind the benches). LA’s entertainment industry corporate-entertainment base — studios, streaming companies, agencies — absorbs a significant share of this inventory. Single-game premium-date resale has particular room above face because the novelty venue premium is still pulling non-local buyers into the market.
Getting there on game day
SoFi Stadium is in Inglewood, 4 miles from LAX airport. Metro K Line (formerly Crenshaw/LAX Line) stops at Downtown Inglewood station, a 20-minute walk to the stadium. The LAX proximity makes SoFi one of the easiest NFL venues for out-of-town buyers to access — a real pricing lever for 49ers/Seahawks weekend traveler demand. On-site parking ranges $60-150 depending on lot tier. The 405 Freeway corridor is predictable for non-event-night flow but slow on game day. We mention airport proximity and transit options in premium-date listing descriptions.
History that still drives Rams ticket demand
The Rams franchise was founded in Cleveland in 1936, moved to Los Angeles in 1946 (becoming the first integrated NFL team), relocated to St. Louis in 1995, and returned to LA in 2016. Two Super Bowl championships — XXXIV (2000, as St. Louis) and LVI (2022, as Los Angeles). The ‘Greatest Show on Turf’ era (1999-2001, Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, Isaac Bruce) is the first championship arc. The modern Sean McVay era (2017-present) is the second, including the 2018 Super Bowl LIII appearance (lost to New England) and the Super Bowl LVI home-stadium win. The franchise’s LA-market narrative continuity is fresh; the return from St. Louis is only a decade old, and fan-base identity is still consolidating.
SoFi Stadium hosted Super Bowl LVI in February 2022 — the Rams beat the Bengals 23-20, the first home-stadium Super Bowl win since the 2020 Buccaneers at Raymond James. The building has also hosted the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship Game, multiple WrestleManias, and is confirmed to host the 2028 Olympic Opening Ceremonies, 2026 FIFA World Cup matches (eight, including a quarterfinal), and Super Bowl LXI (February 2027). The event-hosting density supports premium-tier pricing year-round on 49ers and Chargers ticket inventory both.
Beyond football: SoFi Stadium concert and event history
SoFi Stadium has hosted Taylor Swift (Eras Tour, 6 nights), Beyonce + Jay-Z, Kenny Chesney, Bad Bunny, Coldplay, Luke Combs, The Weeknd, and essentially every stadium-tour act routing through LA. The indoor-outdoor hybrid (open-air with translucent roof) provides weather protection while preserving outdoor acoustics, which has made SoFi a priority booking for major tours. Concert-side pricing here benefits from LA’s position as the entertainment industry capital and from SoFi’s novelty-venue premium, which persists through 2026 for the World Cup audience lift.
Why consign your Rams tickets with us
We know which Rams games move and when. 49ers at SoFi is not the same listing problem as a Week 3 non-TV Sunday vs. an NFC South opponent. Premium dates are where SoFi inventory holders leave the most money on the table — and where our pricing discipline actually returns multiples on what we charge.
You don’t manage buyers, transfers, or delivery issues. We handle the full transaction: multi-marketplace listing, delivery, customer support, dispute handling, and replacement tickets if the primary marketplace cancels a transfer the night of the game. You don’t get a text from a stranger at 6:45 PM on tip-off night.
You get paid Friday after the event. One Friday payout for every game from the prior Sunday through Saturday. No marketplace payout delays, no held funds, no surprise chargebacks.
First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders. If this is your first game with us and you’re a Rams season ticket holder, we take zero commission on your first regular-season listing. The goal is to show you the difference in net payout — then you decide.
Holding Seahawks-finale or SoFi night dates you won’t use?
A conference finalist’s strip, four home prime-time windows, and a Week 18 NFC-title-game rematch — while the 49ers date plays in Australia. Send your sections and we’ll map each date to its window.
Full-service consignment vs. listing Rams tickets yourself
Selling Rams tickets at SoFi Stadium is a premium-venue pricing problem with a shared-building overlay (17 combined Rams-Chargers home dates per year). Here’s an honest comparison:
| List yourself | Consign with us | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing decisions per home game | ~5-15 adjustments you make | We handle all of it |
| Multi-marketplace listing | One at a time, manually | Every major resale marketplace, plus wholesale broker channels and our private buyer list |
| Last-minute transfer issues | You handle buyer calls at tipoff | We handle it, including replacements |
| Payout timing | 7-30 days, varies by marketplace | Friday after the event, PayPal or wire |
| Pricing for 49ers, Seahawks, Cardinals, and prime-time dates | Based on what you see on the marketplace | Based on nearly 20 years of premium-date data |
| Commission | 10-25% marketplace fees (variable by platform and event) | 20% standard (first regular-season sale free for new STHs) |

FAQs about selling Rams tickets
How does my section affect what my Rams tickets sell for?
SoFi Stadium has six main pricing tiers. The Oculus Suites and Field Premier are a separate market entirely, often $2,000-6,000 per seat for premium opponents. The Lexus Field Club and Pikot’s Club (premium clubs with all-inclusive amenities) carry 50-100% premiums over comparable non-club 100-level seats. The 100-level sidelines are the premium bowl. The 200-level suites concentrate corporate demand. The 500-level upper bowl is the volume inventory. Each tier moves on different signals.
My Rams game got flex-scheduled — what happens to my consigned ticket?
NFL flex scheduling can move a 1 PM Sunday game to Sunday Night Football or the 4:25 PM national window. Tickets remain valid for the new time. Pricing typically moves up 30-50% on a prime-time flex. We handle buyer communication and re-pricing. Cancellations are extremely rare — when they occur, we refund the buyer and you’re not charged commission.
Should I wait until closer to game day to list my Rams tickets?
For 49ers, Seahawks, prime-time home games, and playoff dates, list early — 90-120 days out captures out-of-town travel buyers from the Bay Area, Seattle, and Phoenix plus LA entertainment-industry corporate planning. For standard 1 PM Sunday windows, the optimal window is 14-28 days out. We handle per-game timing.
