Philadelphia Eagles · Lincoln Financial Field · Philadelphia
Two banners in eight years built a staircase. Every step up became the new floor — price 2026 from the top step.
The Eagles won Super Bowl LIX in February 2025 — and Lincoln Financial Field demand has priced against that championship baseline ever since. The 2025 team validated it: 11-6 and a repeat NFC East title, the division’s first back-to-back champion since the 2004 Eagles. Eagles inventory trades above almost every other NFC East building right now, and the 2026 playoff-chase home schedule will determine what premium is still sustainable. If you hold Eagles season tickets, this is the environment where careful pricing separates decent outcomes from great ones. First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders.
The Eagles ticket market in 2026
The Linc is 69,596 seats in a market where demand runs 10-15% above supply every season, and the 2024 championship only tightened that gap. The green wave of Philadelphia fans travel to away games in bigger numbers than almost any other fan base, which keeps home-game demand elevated because visiting fans from out-of-market don’t have to fight Philly fans for seats the same way — inventory turns over in-network. Pricing divisional home dates and the Sunday Night Football windows through the back half of the season is the work.
The premium windows we watch for Eagles consignors in the 2026 season:
vs. Cowboys — the NFC East showdown. The single highest-demand regular-season home date the Eagles sell almost every year. Premium 100-level sideline seats trade at 2-4x face. The home Cowboys game at the Linc is the rivalry game that still genuinely feels like a rivalry game — and the 2026 edition is a Monday night game (Oct. 26), with the rematch on Thanksgiving in Dallas.
vs. Giants — annual home matchup. Less intense than Cowboys but still a divisional draw, and Giants fans travel the Jersey Turnpike in numbers. Secondary-market premium is 25-45% above non-divisional dates; the 2026 date lands Nov. 8.
Sunday Night Football home windows. The Eagles are routinely slotted into 3-5 prime-time home games per year given the franchise’s national draw. Prime-time premium is 30-50% above comparable 1 PM Sunday dates for the same opponent. The 2026 slate adds a holiday layer on top: the Seahawks — the reigning Super Bowl champions — visit Dec. 19, and the Texans come in on Christmas Eve.
Playoff games. The Linc’s playoff atmosphere is among the loudest in the sport — the championship banner has only raised expectations for secondary-market pricing on any January or February home playoff game. Inventory is price-inelastic.
Opening Day and the championship banner ceremony. The 2025 opener included the Super Bowl LIX banner raising — that kind of date commands a novelty premium that carries through the first few home games before settling to the regular baseline. The 2026 opener is a Week 1 home date against the Commanders (Sept. 13, 4:25) — division stakes from the first snap.
The Linc’s Club Level sections (between the 100s and 200s) and the Field Suites at the south end zone are the premium tiers where corporate Philadelphia — Comcast, Vanguard, local legal/accounting firms — concentrates. These seats move on corporate-entertainment signals, not general NFL demand. We price those listings on a separate curve entirely.
Inside Lincoln Financial Field
Lincoln Financial Field opened August 3, 2003, replacing Veterans Stadium as the Eagles’ home. The stadium is in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, sharing a campus with the Wells Fargo Center and Citizens Bank Park. Capacity is 69,596 — mid-size by NFL standards, which creates a tighter supply-demand dynamic than the 80,000+ stadiums. The 2013-14 renovation added the HD video boards, the Headhouse Plaza entry experience, and the NRG Energy solar panel installation that makes the Linc one of the greenest NFL buildings.
The 2024-25 Super Bowl LIX championship reset the baseline
The Eagles’ Super Bowl LIX win in February 2025 — a resounding victory over the Chiefs — closed out an era where Philadelphia had one title (Super Bowl LII over New England in 2017) and became a franchise with two in eight years. Every home date since has priced against that new baseline, and 2026 starts on it. Pricing a home game at the Linc when the jersey being hung at Halftime is Jalen Hurts’ 2024 MVP jersey is a categorically different secondary-market product than pricing the same game in 2022. The banner premium persists through at least one full season post-championship.
The Club Level, Field Suites, and the sections that corporate Philadelphia chases
The Linc’s premium tier is the Club Level (two continuous levels between the 100s and 200s, with climate-controlled concourse access and in-seat service) and the 123 Field Suites (field-level premium boxes at the south end zone). Corporate-entertainment demand — primarily out of Center City and the King of Prussia corporate corridor — absorbs this inventory for season commitments. Single-game resale of Club Level seats on premium dates (Cowboys, prime-time, playoffs) trades at 50-100% above face. Field Suites move on the entertainment budget, not the matchup.
Getting there on game day
Lincoln Financial Field is in the South Philly Sports Complex. SEPTA Broad Street Line’s AT&T Station drops you a 5-minute walk from the south entrance — the line runs express service from North Broad and Market East on game days. On-site lots range $40-65. Pre-game tailgating at the Linc is a genuine cultural event, not just parking — we mention lot access details in premium-date listing descriptions because it drives out-of-town buyer decisions. For buyers coming from New York, Amtrak to 30th Street Station plus Broad Street Line is the fast option.
History that still drives Eagles ticket demand
The Eagles franchise was founded in 1933 and has two Super Bowl championships — Super Bowl LII (February 2018) over New England, and Super Bowl LIX (February 2025) over Kansas City. The franchise also won three NFL championships in the pre-Super-Bowl era (1948, 1949, 1960). The modern demand narrative is built on the Doug Pederson era (Carson Wentz and Nick Foles, 2017-18), the Jalen Hurts era (2022 NFC Champions, 2024 Super Bowl winners), and a fan base whose loyalty and intensity is genuinely distinct in the league. Philadelphia’s identity as a working-class football city shapes every aspect of how the team is marketed and how tickets price.
Lincoln Financial Field specifically has hosted the 2004-05 NFC Championship Game (Eagles over Falcons), the 2017-18 Divisional and Conference titles (Super Bowl LII run), multiple playoff runs since, and the 2024-25 championship run through the NFC playoffs. The building’s signature moment may be the ‘Philly Special’ trick play against New England in Super Bowl LII (played at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, but celebrated at the Linc). The franchise’s two-decade playoff regularity keeps January home dates priced at a premium that other NFC buildings simply do not command.
Beyond football: Lincoln Financial Field concert history
The Linc has hosted Taylor Swift (Eras Tour, 3 nights 2023), Beyonce, Kenny Chesney, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Luke Combs, and multiple Bruce Springsteen Jersey-adjacent tour stops. The acoustic treatment is standard outdoor-stadium — better than MetLife for lower-bowl listening because the stadium sits lower relative to grade. Concert-side pricing here benefits from Philadelphia’s position between NYC and DC: buyers from both markets drive in, which thickens the out-of-market secondary layer meaningfully.
Why consign your Eagles tickets with us
We know which Eagles games move and when. Cowboys on Sunday Night is not the same listing problem as a Week 2 non-TV Sunday vs. a rebuilding opponent. Premium dates are where Linc inventory holders leave the most money on the table — and where our pricing discipline actually returns multiples on what we charge.
You don’t manage buyers, transfers, or delivery issues. We handle the full transaction: multi-marketplace listing, delivery, customer support, dispute handling, and replacement tickets if the primary marketplace cancels a transfer the night of the game. You don’t get a text from a stranger at 6:45 PM on tip-off night.
You get paid Friday after the event. One Friday payout for every game from the prior Sunday through Saturday. No marketplace payout delays, no held funds, no surprise chargebacks.
First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders. If this is your first game with us and you’re a Eagles season ticket holder, we take zero commission on your first regular-season listing. The goal is to show you the difference in net payout — then you decide.
Holding Cowboys-MNF or holiday-cluster Eagles dates you won’t use?
A structural demand gap, a repeat division champion’s baseline, and a December that imports the reigning Super Bowl champs and a Christmas Eve date. Send your sections and we’ll map each date to its window.
Full-service consignment vs. listing Eagles tickets yourself
Selling Eagles tickets post-Super Bowl LIX is a different pricing environment than it was two seasons ago — the championship premium is real and mostly sustainable through 2025-26. Here’s an honest comparison:
| List yourself | Consign with us | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing decisions per home game | ~5-15 adjustments you make | We handle all of it |
| Multi-marketplace listing | One at a time, manually | Every major resale marketplace, plus wholesale broker channels and our private buyer list |
| Last-minute transfer issues | You handle buyer calls at tipoff | We handle it, including replacements |
| Payout timing | 7-30 days, varies by marketplace | Friday after the event, PayPal or wire |
| Pricing for Cowboys, Giants, and prime-time dates | Based on what you see on the marketplace | Based on nearly 20 years of premium-date data |
| Commission | 10-25% marketplace fees (variable by platform and event) | 20% standard (first regular-season sale free for new STHs) |

FAQs about selling Eagles tickets
How does my section affect what my Eagles tickets sell for?
The Linc has five main pricing tiers. The Field Suites (south end zone, premium boxes) are a separate market entirely, often $2,000-5,000 per seat for premium opponents. The Club Level (two levels, climate-controlled) carries a significant premium for corporate-entertainment access. The 100-level sidelines (sections 101-108, 126-133) are the premium bowl. The 200-level corners and 200-level end zones trade below the Club Level but above the 300s. The 300-level upper bowl is the volume inventory. Each tier moves on different signals.
My Eagles game got flex-scheduled to a different window — what happens to my consigned ticket?
NFL flex scheduling can move a Sunday 1 PM game to Sunday Night Football or to the 4:25 PM national window starting as early as Week 5 (or Week 1-2 in some cases under expanded flex). The seat is still valid for the new time. Pricing typically moves up 20-40% on a prime-time flex. We handle buyer communication and automatic re-listing when flexes happen. Full cancellations are extremely rare — if one occurs, we refund the buyer and you’re not charged commission.
Should I wait until closer to game day to list my Eagles tickets?
For Cowboys, prime-time home games, and playoff-implication late-season dates, list early — 90-120 days out captures out-of-town travel buyers and corporate entertainment planning. For standard 1 PM Sunday windows against non-divisional opponents, the optimal window is usually 14-28 days out. We handle per-game timing.
