The venue is materially smaller. Travis County Expo Center seats roughly 9,000 for rodeo configuration — versus 19,000 at Frost Bank Center (San Antonio) and 75,000+ at Houston’s Reliant Stadium (formerly NRG) for HLSR concerts. The smaller absolute supply means premium seats on marquee nights are a tighter commodity, but it also means the total dollars at play across the run are smaller. Single marquee nights with the right Texas country act can clear at premiums; weeknights with mid-tier acts have a thinner price floor than at the bigger Texas rodeos.
The lineup leans Texas country, Americana, regional Latin, and breakthrough acts. Rodeo Austin’s 2026 lineup gives the texture: Eli Young Band, 49 Winchester, La Original Banda El Limón, Hudson Westbrook, Shane Smith & The Saints, Midland, Anne Wilson, William Clark Green, Randall King, Los Invasores de Nuevo León, Diamond Rio, Clint Black, Wyatt Flores, Flatland Cavalry, Tanya Tucker, Aaron Watson. Heavier on regional Texas country anchors (Aaron Watson, Tanya Tucker, Clint Black) and breakthrough Hill Country acts (Wyatt Flores, William Clark Green, Hudson Westbrook) than on national pop crossover. Ideal: October through December for the next year’s run. That positions us to react to each lineup announcement as it drops. Last-minute submissions are still accepted, but earlier captures more buyer attention overall.

Pricing dynamics share the same lineup-announcement-driven structure, but with a steadier floor on weeknights and tighter premium-seat supply on marquee nights.
What about wholesale buyout offers?
You’ll get them. The math is the same as for any rodeo market: the broker making the offer turns around and distributes the inventory at higher prices. If a buyout is genuinely better than what full distribution would clear, we’ll tell you. Most of the time, distribution wins.
Will I have to sign a separate contract?
For standard inventory, no. The form on /sell is the consignment agreement. Submit and you agree to our terms. Larger corporate or sponsor deals may involve additional documentation.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday. Whatever sold during the previous week settles via PayPal or wire on the next Friday.
What if I only want to sell a few nights?
Standard. Most multi-night holders only attend a fraction of the run and sell the rest. The form has a field to specify exactly which nights you want to list.
