Before you send
How fast do you list my tickets after I send them?
Once your tickets are with us, we list immediately — sometimes within minutes. Hours and days matter for event-imminent inventory and we know it.
Do you buy my tickets from me?
No. We’re a consignment service. You own the tickets the whole time. We list and sell on your behalf, and you get paid when they sell.
When and how do I get paid?
Every Friday. PayPal or wire — your call. Major events (Super Bowl, Final Four, World Series) pay out the Friday after the event. No upfront fees. You only pay commission when your tickets actually sell.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes — but it usually costs you. The market moves fast and a hard floor can keep us from chasing the highest-paying buyer when demand spikes. We do better when you let us hunt.
What if my tickets don’t sell?
The secondary market doesn’t guarantee a sale on every listing — demand can shift, especially for events with weather, injuries, or matchup changes. If your tickets don’t sell by event time, you owe nothing. We’ll be honest with you in advance if we think a listing is a long shot.
