This Privacy Policy describes how SellTicketsFast (“STF”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information from people who use our consignment ticket service through sellticketsfast.com. What we collect
When you submit our consignment form or otherwise contact us, we collect:
- Identity: first name, last name.
- Contact: email address, phone number.
- Inventory: event or team, event date(s), number of tickets, section/row/seat detail, inventory type (season tickets, premium single event, championship, concert/festival), and whether you are a current season ticket holder.
- Communication history: emails, calls, and text exchanges you have with our brokers.
- Site analytics: aggregated, non-identifying page-view data (no personal advertising profiles).
We do not collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or banking details through this site. Payment information for payouts is collected through encrypted third-party providers when your first sale closes.
How we use your information
Strictly to operate the consignment service:
- To respond to your submission with a real broker review (typically within hours).
- To list, manage, and re-price your tickets on third-party marketplaces.
- To pay you on the Friday payout cycle once tickets sell.
- To send you commission-related and consignment-related communications.
- To improve our service and develop new features.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not run advertising networks. We do not build profiles of you for resale to third parties.
Who we share with
We share information with a small set of vendors strictly to perform the service:
- Ticket marketplaces (every major resale marketplace, the primary marketplace, wholesale broker network, eBay, and others) when we list your inventory on them. The listed information includes your event, seat, and quantity — not your name, email, or phone.
- Payment processors for PayPal or wire or alternative payouts.
- Customer relationship and email tools we use to manage broker communications.
- Hosting and analytics providers to operate the website.
If a court order or law enforcement subpoena requires disclosure, we will comply only as required and notify you when permitted.
Retention
We keep contact and inventory information as long as you remain an active client and for up to seven years after your last consignment, primarily to satisfy IRS, state tax, and accounting requirements. After that, records are archived or deleted.
Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Request that we delete your information (subject to the seven-year retention obligations above).
- Opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying with “unsubscribe”.

Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session management and basic, anonymized site analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; our site will continue to function.
Children
SellTicketsFast is intended for adults selling premium ticket inventory. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
