Corporate & suite inventory · National consignment

Your company bought the suite for the ten games that matter. Nobody planned for the other thirty-one.

Every company with a suite, club seats, or a season package has the same quiet problem: a real budget line, a handful of genuinely valuable client nights, and a long tail of dates that go out in an all-staff email and then go unused. We turn that unused inventory back into money — hand-priced, listed everywhere, one invoice-clean payment every Friday. Nothing is signed away, and your account stays yours.

Short answer: we manage corporate ticket inventory on consignment. You keep the account, the suite and the seats — you tell us which dates aren’t being used, and we sell those and only those. No upfront cost, commission only on completed sales (20% standard, 15% on championship events), payment every Friday by wire or PayPal with clean documentation for your books. If a date doesn’t sell, you owe nothing.

The math nobody runs on the suite

A suite or a season package gets justified by the nights it’s built for: the client dinner, the recruiting weekend, the marquee opponent, the playoff run. Those nights earn their keep. The problem is everything else on the schedule — the Tuesday in April, the weeknight in November, the back half of a losing season. That inventory was paid for in full, at the same price per seat as the good nights, and in most companies it quietly evaporates.

The default answers are all bad. The all-staff email produces a scramble and a lot of unclaimed seats. Giving them to whoever asks first rewards proximity, not value. And doing nothing means writing off a real line item every year and hoping nobody in finance runs the numbers on cost-per-attended-seat.

You choose the dates

Keep every game that matters to the business. Send us only the ones nobody claimed — and change your mind any time before a sale.

Nothing is signed away

Your suite, your seats, your account, your relationship with the team. We list and manage on your behalf; the tickets stay yours until they sell.

Clean for your books

One counterparty, one payment schedule, itemized by event. Not a dozen marketplace payouts landing in random amounts at random times.

Zero staff time

Nobody on your team is listing tickets, answering buyer questions, or handling transfers at 9pm on a game night. That’s the whole job we do.

What we handle

Suite inventory and suite-linked seats, club and premium seats, full and partial season packages, corporate season ticket accounts across multiple teams, playoff and championship allocations that come with them, and one-off event blocks. Any team, any market, nationwide — we cover 150+ teams and every major event. If your company holds it and can transfer it, we can sell it.

Multiple teams, multiple markets, one contact.

Companies often hold inventory in more than one city — a suite here, season seats there, a client package somewhere else. We handle all of it under one relationship, with one Friday payment. Tell us what you hold →

The questions a company actually asks first

“Are we allowed to resell these?”

In most cases yes — reselling unused seats from an account you paid for is ordinary. Some team agreements and a few premium products carry conditions. We confirm the transfer path and any attached terms before a single date is listed, and we tell you plainly if something can’t be sold.

“How does this look to the team?”

Empty seats look worse. Teams want their building full — unused inventory helps nobody. Your seats are listed the same way any other seat on the secondary market is, and your account stays in good standing.

“What does finance need?”

Clean records: one payer, payments every Friday by wire or PayPal, itemized by event and sale. Recovery against a known cost line — simple to reconcile, simple to explain.

“Who does the work?”

We do. Pricing, listing across every major marketplace, buyer questions, transfers, delivery, replacements if something goes wrong. Your team sends a list of dates and gets a payment.

Why consignment beats the alternatives

Versus doing nothing: the inventory has a real cost and a real market value. Every unused date is a full write-off of both.

Versus staff listing them: somebody becomes the accidental ticket broker — managing accounts on three marketplaces, fielding buyer messages, handling transfers on game nights, and pricing by guesswork. It’s a job, done badly, by someone who was hired to do something else.

Versus a one-off broker offer: a single lump-sum offer for a block of dates is priced for the buyer’s benefit, not yours. Consignment sells each date into its own market — a marquee opponent and a Tuesday in April are not the same asset and shouldn’t be sold at the same number.

Versus the team’s own exchange: one buyer pool, your staff still doing the work, and seller fees on top. We list everywhere at once and manage it for you.

How it works

Send us your inventory and the dates that aren’t being used. We confirm the transfer path, price each date by hand against live demand, and list it across every major marketplace plus our broker and private-buyer network. You keep ownership until a sale. When a date sells, the tickets transfer digitally through the official team app, and you’re paid the following Friday — wire or PayPal, itemized. Commission is 20% standard, 15% on championship-tier events, and nothing at all if a date doesn’t sell. There’s no contract to sign and no minimum.

Frequently asked questions

Can a company resell unused suite or season tickets?

In most cases, yes. Seats your company paid for and can transfer are ordinarily yours to sell, and reselling unused corporate inventory is common practice. Some team agreements and certain premium or hospitality products carry specific conditions. We confirm the transfer path and any attached terms before anything is listed, and we tell you honestly if a date can’t be sold rather than listing it and hoping.

Do we have to sell the whole season?

No — and most clients don’t. You keep every date the business actually uses and send us only the ones going unused. You can add or pull dates at any time before a sale.

How are we paid, and what does accounting get?

Every Friday, by wire or PayPal, itemized by event and sale — one counterparty and one predictable schedule rather than a scatter of marketplace payouts. Our commission comes out of the sale, so there’s no invoice to process and no upfront cost to approve.

We hold inventory in several cities. Can you handle all of it?

Yes. We’re a national service covering 150+ teams — suites in one market, season seats in another, a client package somewhere else, all under one relationship and one Friday payment.

What does it cost, and what if a date doesn’t sell?

Nothing upfront, ever. Commission is 20% on standard events and 15% on championship-tier events, taken only from completed sales. If a date doesn’t sell, you owe nothing — you simply still have the tickets.

How much staff time does this take?

Sending us a list of unused dates. That’s the entire job on your side. We handle pricing, listings, buyer questions, transfers, delivery and any replacement issues — including the ones that come up at 9pm on a game night.

How many dates on your account went unused last season?

Most companies have never run the number. Send us your inventory and we’ll tell you what the unused dates are worth — no cost, no obligation, answer within one business day.
