Sell Tickets in the Bay Area · Levi’s Stadium · Chase Center · Oracle Park
Silicon Valley buys before the public ever sees it. Corporate absorption sets the Bay Area floor — price to it, not to fan comps.
The San Francisco Bay Area hosts the NBA’s Warriors, the NFL’s 49ers, MLB’s Giants, MLS’s Earthquakes, and concert venues across San Francisco and the South Bay. The Athletics departed Oakland after the 2024 season (now playing in West Sacramento as the Sacramento Athletics pending a Las Vegas stadium). If you hold Bay Area inventory across any of it, we price it per date, list it across every major marketplace, and pay you Friday. First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders.
The Bay Area ticket market in 2026
The Bay Area secondary market has been restructured by the Athletics’ departure and the Warriors’ Chase Center era. Chase Center (Warriors, opened September 2019, 18,064) in the Mission Bay waterfront is the newest NBA building west of the Mississippi. Oracle Park (Giants, 41,915, opened 2000 as Pacific Bell Park) remains one of the most celebrated ballparks in MLB. Levi’s Stadium (49ers, Santa Clara, 68,500, opened 2014) is 40 miles south of San Francisco, in the South Bay tech corridor.
The A’s 2024 departure from Oakland Coliseum after 57 seasons (1968-2024) ended the Bay Area’s four-team NL/AL MLB split. The 49ers’ post-Super Bowl LVIII appearance era under Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, and Deebo Samuel has kept Levi’s Stadium at premium sustained pricing. The Warriors’ post-dynasty era (four championships 2015-2022 under Curry, Green, Thompson) is transitioning but Chase Center inventory holds premium on any Curry home game. The Earthquakes (MLS, PayPal Park in San Jose, 18,000) are in a rebuild. The WNBA’s Valkyries debuted at Chase Center in 2025 to sellout crowds — the newest premium-date category in the market. Bay Area mixed-portfolio consignors have five franchises now plus concert-venue inventory across SF, Oakland (Oakland Arena for concerts primarily), San Jose (SAP Center formerly Sharks home is now consolidated under Sharks ownership), and the South Bay.
Premium windows we watch across the Bay Area sports calendar:
49ers home divisional games at Levi’s Stadium. Rams, Seahawks, Cardinals home games are the premium NFC West dates — and Seattle visits in 2026 as the reigning Super Bowl champion.
Warriors-Lakers, Warriors-Celtics at Chase Center. Lakers visits remain the highest-demand Chase Center dates, with Luka-era additional interest.
Giants-Dodgers, Giants-Padres at Oracle Park. NL West rivalries are the hottest Oracle Park series; Dodgers visits post-back-to-back World Series are premium.
49ers playoff home games. Post Super Bowl LVIII, 49ers playoff inventory at Levi’s Stadium clears at 3-5x face.
Warriors marquee national TV Sunday windows. Any ABC Sunday Warriors home game carries elevated secondary-market premium.
Earthquakes California Clasico vs. LA Galaxy. The state’s oldest MLS rivalry.
The Bay Area specific feature is tech-industry corporate entertainment. Silicon Valley headquarters (Apple, Google, Meta, Nvidia, Salesforce) absorb premium-tier Warriors, 49ers, and Giants inventory at rates that don’t correlate with general fan demand. Corporate suite sharing and company-entertainment block buys at Chase Center, Oracle Park, and Levi’s Stadium are common and have their own listing discipline. We handle these with the appropriate documentation requirements.
Pro sports in Bay Area
The Bay Area fields teams across four major leagues (NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS). The A’s 2024 departure ended the four-team MLB presence. NHL is represented by the San Jose Sharks (SAP Center, not part of this page’s market scope). Here’s how the portfolio breaks down:
The major three: Warriors, 49ers, Giants
The Warriors (NBA, Chase Center, 18,064) have seven NBA championships (four modern-era 2015, 2017, 2018, 2022 under Curry-Thompson-Green-Kerr, plus earlier titles as Philadelphia and San Francisco Warriors). The post-dynasty era has been a transition but Curry remains active and Chase Center premium-opponent games sustain sellout attendance. The 49ers (NFL, Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, 68,500) have five Super Bowl championships (XVI, XIX, XXIII, XXIV, XXIX, all from the Joe Montana / Steve Young / Jerry Rice dynasty era 1981-1994). Super Bowl LVIII appearance in 2024 (loss to Kansas City in overtime) is the modern franchise’s most recent peak. Current 49ers under Kyle Shanahan, Brock Purdy, and an elite skill-position group remain a championship contender. The Giants (MLB, Oracle Park, 41,915) have eight World Series titles (New York Giants 1905, 1921, 1922, 1933, 1954; San Francisco Giants 2010, 2012, 2014). The 2010-14 three-titles-in-five-years dynasty shaped modern Giants demand; current Giants are competitive with Matt Chapman, Heliot Ramos, and a top-10 MLB starting rotation.
Earthquakes and the A’s departure
The San Jose Earthquakes (MLS, PayPal Park, 18,000, opened 2015) are MLS’s founding western franchise with two MLS Cups (2001 and 2003, back-to-back under former coach Frank Yallop). Current Earthquakes are in a rebuild. The Oakland Athletics departed after the 2024 season; they’re now playing in West Sacramento (Sutter Health Park, AAA River Cats facility) for 2025-27 pending a Las Vegas stadium opening ~2028. A’s inventory no longer exists in the Oakland market, but former Oakland-era season-ticket holders we’ve worked with have sometimes consigned their new Sacramento inventory with us. The Bay Area’s fourth major sport is still in flux.
Beyond the pros: college, tech, and concerts
Bay Area consignor portfolios include Stanford football and basketball (Stanford Stadium, Maples Pavilion), California Golden Bears (Cal Memorial Stadium, Haas Pavilion), San Jose State, and San Francisco Dons basketball (University of San Francisco). Chase Center hosts 60+ concerts per year. Levi’s Stadium hosts 4-6 stadium tours per summer. Oracle Park hosts occasional summer concerts. SAP Center in San Jose (formerly Sharks home, 17,435) continues to host major concert tours. Fox Theater Oakland (2,800), Bill Graham Civic Auditorium (8,500), the Fillmore (1,200), and the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley (8,500 outdoor) fill out the Bay Area’s dense concert calendar. Outside Lands Festival (Golden Gate Park, August) is the signature SF outdoor festival.
The venues that move Bay Area inventory
Bay Area venues span from San Francisco (Chase Center, Oracle Park) to Santa Clara (Levi’s Stadium) to San Jose (PayPal Park, SAP Center). Here are the three that move the most inventory:
Chase Center (Warriors, concerts)
Mission Bay district of San Francisco at 1 Warriors Way, opened September 2019. 18,064 for Warriors basketball. The smallest capacity of any newer NBA arena, intentionally so to concentrate premium inventory. Premium tiers: courtside, the Theatre Boxes (6-8 person exclusive suites), Club Baseline, the Bridge Club, and 50+ suites. Upper 200-level is volume inventory. Muni T Third Line stops at UCSF/Chase Center. Caltrain 4th & King is 10-minute walk. On-site parking starts at $40. The building hosts 60+ concerts per year — the Theatre Box premium tier attracts the same Silicon Valley corporate-entertainment buyer base that absorbs NBA suite inventory.
Levi’s Stadium (49ers, College Football Playoff, concerts, World Cup 2026)
Santa Clara at 4900 Marie P DeBartolo Way, opened 2014, 40 miles south of downtown San Francisco. 68,500 standard, expandable to 75,000 for major events. Host site of Super Bowl 50 (2016), multiple CFP bowls, and six 2026 FIFA World Cup matches. Premium tiers: the Yahoo! Fantasy Club, the Levi’s 501 Club, United Club, and 176 suites. Upper 400-level is volume inventory. VTA Light Rail serves the stadium (Great America station). Caltrain Mountain View station is 6 miles north with a game-day shuttle. On-site parking is 20,000 spaces, $40-75. The venue hosts 4-6 stadium tour concerts per summer.
Oracle Park, PayPal Park, and SAP Center
Oracle Park (Giants, 41,915, opened 2000 as Pacific Bell Park) is the waterfront ballpark on McCovey Cove at 24 Willie Mays Plaza. Premium tiers: the Field Club, Club Level, 68 suites, and the View Reserve Level. Kayaking for home run balls in McCovey Cove is a distinct experience the venue has become iconic for. Muni N-Judah and T Third Line serve the ballpark. Parking is garage-based downtown. PayPal Park (Earthquakes, 18,000, San Jose) is a soccer-specific stadium; the 1906 Ultras supporter section is a distinct product. SAP Center in San Jose (17,435) hosts major concert tours and was formerly the Sharks’ home. We handle inventory at all of these plus the smaller SF concert venues.
History that drives Bay Area ticket demand
Bay Area sports history is defined by the 49ers dynasty of the 1980s (five Super Bowls under Joe Montana, Steve Young, Jerry Rice, Ronnie Lott, and Bill Walsh) and the Warriors’ 2015-2022 dynasty under Curry, Thompson, Green, and Kerr (four NBA championships in eight years). The Giants’ 2010-2014 three World Series titles (with Tim Lincecum, Buster Posey, and Madison Bumgarner) restored San Francisco baseball after 56 years without a title. Barry Bonds’s single-season (73, 2001) and career (762) home run records were set at Oracle Park. The A’s Moneyball era (2002 20-game winning streak, multiple division titles under Billy Beane) is historically significant; their 2024 departure ended 57 years of Oakland baseball.
More recently: the 2024 Super Bowl LVIII 49ers appearance (OT loss to Kansas City); the Warriors’ 2022 championship (their fourth in eight years); Steph Curry’s 3,000th career three-pointer at Madison Square Garden; Buster Posey returning to the Giants organization in a leadership role; and the A’s controversial 2024 exit have kept Bay Area sports in the headlines. The 2026 FIFA World Cup at Levi’s Stadium is a forward-demand priority. Bay Area fans tend to be sophisticated, data-literate, and loyal to specific eras — the 49ers Montana-era throwbacks, the Warriors dynasty jerseys, and the Giants 2010-14 memorabilia all drive ongoing secondary-market behavior.
Beyond sports: the Bay Area concert market
The Bay Area concert economy is anchored by five primary venues: Chase Center for arena tours (60+ shows per year), Levi’s Stadium for stadium tours (4-6 per summer), Oracle Park for ballpark concerts (2-4 per year), SAP Center in San Jose (17,435, major arena tours), and the Outside Lands Festival (Golden Gate Park, August, 210,000 weekend attendees, signature SF outdoor festival). Mid-size: the Fox Theater Oakland (2,800, restored 1928 movie palace), Fillmore (1,200, historic rock venue), Bill Graham Civic Auditorium (8,500), the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley (8,500 outdoor). The Bay Area’s tech-industry wealth concentration makes premium-concert demand unusually steady — corporate block buys and private-event inventory are common. We handle across all venues.
Why consign your Bay Area tickets with us
We know which Bay Area dates move and when. Warriors-Lakers at Chase Center is not the same listing problem as a Tuesday game against a rebuilding team. A 49ers-Rams Sunday is not a Week 4 game against a struggling opponent. Giants-Dodgers is not a Wednesday against the Rockies. We track premium dates across all four Bay Area franchises plus the concert calendars.
You don’t manage buyers, transfers, or delivery issues. We handle the full transaction: multi-marketplace listing, delivery, customer support, dispute handling, and replacement tickets if a marketplace cancels a transfer the night of the event. You don’t get a text from a stranger at 6:45 PM on gameday.
You get paid Friday after the event. One Friday payout for every event from the prior Sunday through Saturday. No marketplace payout delays, no held funds, no surprise chargebacks.
First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders. If this is your first sale with us and you’re a Bay Area-market season ticket holder on any team, we take zero commission on your first regular-season listing. The goal is to show you the difference in net payout — then you decide.
Holding 49ers, Warriors, Giants, or Levi’s World Cup dates you won’t use?
Tech corporate entertainment absorbs Bay Area premium tiers at rates that never show up in fan-demand comps, Levi’s carries six World Cup matches, and the champion Seahawks visit this fall. Send your dates and sections and we’ll map every window.
Full-service consignment vs. listing Bay Area tickets yourself
Holding a Bay Area mixed portfolio is three to four different pricing disciplines with three to four seasonal curves and a tech-corporate buyer profile that affects premium-tier pricing. Here’s an honest comparison:
| List yourself | Consign with us | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing decisions per home event | ~5-15 adjustments you make per listing | We handle all of it |
| Multi-marketplace listing | One at a time, manually | Every major resale marketplace, plus wholesale broker channels and our private buyer list |
| Managing a mixed-sport portfolio | Juggle NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL windows alone | One consignor, one dashboard, one Friday payout |
| Last-minute transfer issues | You handle buyer calls at tipoff/first pitch/kickoff | We handle it, including replacements |
| Payout timing | 7-30 days, varies by marketplace | Friday after the event, PayPal or wire |
| Pricing for Warriors-Lakers, 49ers-Rams, Giants-Dodgers dates | Based on what you see on the marketplace | Based on nearly 20 years of premium-date data |
| Commission | 10-25% marketplace fees (variable by platform and event) | 20% standard (first regular-season sale free for new STHs) |
FAQs about selling Bay Area tickets
I have tickets across multiple Bay Area teams — how do you handle the mix?
A Warriors plan plus 49ers plus Giants plus an Earthquakes partial is three or four different listing problems with three or four seasonal curves. The Bay Area’s tech-industry buyer base (Apple, Google, Meta, Nvidia, Salesforce, et al.) creates premium-tier demand that holds steady through rebuilds in ways other markets don’t. Corporate suite sharing is common. We consolidate everything under one consignor account, one dashboard, and one Friday payout while handling corporate-entertainment documentation as needed.
How does Bay Area geography and transit affect game-day logistics?
Bay Area venues are spread across multiple cities and transit systems. Chase Center is in SF (Muni T Third Line, Caltrain 4th & King). Oracle Park is in SF (Muni N-Judah, T Third Line). Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara requires VTA Light Rail or 40-mile drive from SF. PayPal Park in San Jose requires VTA or drive. Cross-bay inventory (Sharks SAP Center in San Jose, Oakland Arena concerts) requires either transit combinations or driving. For out-of-town buyers flying into SFO, OAK, or SJC, we mention specific transit options in premium-date listings — the SFO-to-Chase Center BART+Muni option takes 45 minutes without a rental car.
When should I list Bay Area tickets — does the window vary?
Yes. 49ers games list 45-90 days out; divisional home games push 90-120 days. Warriors marquee games (Lakers, Celtics) list 45-75 days; weeknight games clear 10-21 days. Giants premium series (Dodgers, Padres) list 45-60 days; regular games 14-45 days. Earthquakes matches list 14-30 days. Stadium concerts at Levi’s and Oracle Park list 180+ days. World Cup 2026 Levi’s Stadium inventory is already the most forward-priced Bay Area ticket product in history.
