Arizona Diamondbacks · Chase Field
Phoenix summers price every event — except this one. The roof deletes the weather variable. Chase Field summer inventory is climate-stable by design.
Chase Field is the Diamondbacks’ downtown Phoenix home, one of two MLB retractable-roof ballparks with a natural grass playing surface, and the venue that hosted the 2023 National League pennant run. Diamondbacks 2026 inventory prices against a Corbin Carroll–Ketel Marte–Merrill Kelly-led contender baseline. We handle pricing, multi-marketplace listing, delivery, and buyer issues — you get paid Friday. First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders.
The Diamondbacks ticket market in 2026
Chase Field’s 48,405 capacity is the third-largest in the NL West and the retractable roof eliminates Phoenix summer heat as a pricing variable (games during June-August are played under closed roof with air conditioning). The 2023 NL pennant run (over the Phillies in the NLCS, lost to Texas in the World Series) reset baseline demand, and 2026 inventory is being listed against buyers who expect October-adjacent baseball. Premium dates against Dodgers, Yankees, Giants, and Cubs drive the demand concentration.
The premium windows we watch for Diamondbacks consignors in the 2026 regular season:
vs. Dodgers — 13 games, six or seven home. The defining NL West rivalry. Dodgers at Chase Field weekends clear 55-90% above face, with Ohtani-starts compounding.
vs. Giants and Padres — NL West rivalry weekends. Out-of-town West Coast travel buyers drive weekend series to 30-50% above face.
vs. Cubs — typically six or seven games. Wrigley travel buyers see Phoenix as a spring/fall destination; Cubs at Chase Field weekends trade at 35-55% above face.
vs. Yankees — typically three-game interleague series. Yankees at Chase Field clears 50-75% above face.
Opening Day at Chase Field. Phoenix’s home opener is a corporate and tradition event; the March-weather advantage over Northeast venues creates a structural premium.
Chase Field’s Diamond Club, Insight Diamond Level, and Miller Lite Dugout Level are three distinct premium markets. The Legends Suite, Pool Pavilion (the iconic right-field swimming pool hospitality), and Cool-A-Coop add hospitality tiers. Upper-deck Upper Reserve inventory clears on value-buyer demand, compressed further by the retractable roof eliminating weather-based discount triggers.
Inside Chase Field
Chase Field opened in 1998 as Bank One Ballpark, renamed Chase Field in 2005. Capacity is 48,405. The retractable roof (closed in Phoenix summer heat, opened in mild weather months) and the natural grass playing surface (one of only two retractable-roof MLB venues with grass) are the defining features. The iconic right-field swimming pool hospitality area is a unique product in MLB. The Ken Kendrick ownership group has sustained payroll at mid-pack levels while producing the 2001 World Series title (over the Yankees in seven games, Luis Gonzalez walk-off Game 7) and the 2023 pennant run.
Chase Field recent upgrades and the retractable-roof premium
The 2023-2025 offseasons refreshed the Diamond Club, expanded the Legends Suite, added new LED ribbon boards, upgraded the scoreboard (one of the larger ones in MLB), expanded food and beverage options, and continued MLB Ballpark app in-seat ordering. The Pool Pavilion (the signature Chase Field hospitality product) was refreshed with new seating and beverage offerings. The natural grass surface was re-sodded during 2024 offseason. The retractable roof mechanism was serviced in 2023.
Sections that define Chase Field pricing
Diamond Club (home-plate, all-inclusive) is the top tier. Insight Diamond Level (200-level premium) is next. Miller Lite Dugout Level and Infield Reserve line the standard lower bowl. The Pool Pavilion (right-field private swimming-pool-adjacent party area, hospitality tier) prices on experience — typically $3,000-5,000 per pool party (20-35 people capacity). Upper Reserve and Upper Deck close the value end. Gap between Diamond Club and Upper Reserve on a Dodgers Saturday is $350+ per seat.
Getting there on game day
Chase Field is in downtown Phoenix, directly on the Valley Metro light rail at 3rd St / Washington station. The ballpark is adjacent to Footprint Center (NBA Suns, WNBA Mercury). Parking in ballpark lots and downtown garages runs $15-30 for standard games, $25-40 for Dodgers and Yankees weekends — among the cheapest MLB parking in the sport. The downtown Phoenix walkability to restaurants and the Roosevelt Row arts district is a pricing lever for weekend inventory.
History that still drives Diamondbacks ticket demand
The Diamondbacks have one World Series title (2001, over the Yankees in seven games — Luis Gonzalez’s walk-off bloop single off Mariano Rivera in Game 7, Randy Johnson and Curt Schilling as co-MVPs). The 2001 championship, won in just the franchise’s fourth season, is the fastest expansion-team championship in MLB history. The Gonzalez-Johnson-Schilling core era is the franchise’s cultural anchor. The 2007 NLCS run (swept by the Rockies) was the other notable postseason stretch until the 2023 pennant run.
Chase Field has hosted the 2011 All-Star Game, the 2001 World Series, and the 2023 NLCS-clinching Game 7 over the Phillies. The 2023 pennant run — Ketel Marte’s MVP-level October, Zac Gallen’s postseason brilliance, the NLCS comeback from down 2-0 and 3-2 — reset franchise-level expectations and drove 2024-2025 season-ticket renewals at elevated prices. Randy Johnson’s number retirement and Luis Gonzalez’s ongoing front-office role are the franchise’s cultural pillars.
Beyond baseball: Chase Field concert history
Chase Field has hosted Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Kenny Chesney, Garth Brooks, and multiple country residencies. Field-plus-lower-bowl concert configurations accommodate 45,000-50,000 depending on stage setup. The retractable roof makes Chase Field a summer-tour target in the Southwest because of climate certainty. Lower-bowl inventory on a Kenny Chesney or Garth Brooks date trades at premiums comparable to Dodgers-weekend baseball tickets. The downtown Phoenix location adds to the destination draw for out-of-market travelers.
Why consign your Diamondbacks tickets with us
We know which Diamondbacks games move and when. Diamondbacks inventory prices on a 2023-NL-pennant-plus-retractable-roof premium that separates it from other NL West rebuilds. Dodgers, Yankees, and Cubs weekends are where 20% commission returns the highest multiples.
You don’t manage buyers, transfers, or delivery issues. We handle the full transaction: multi-marketplace listing, delivery, customer support, dispute handling, and replacement tickets if the primary marketplace cancels a transfer the night of the game. You don’t get a text from a stranger at 6:45 PM on tip-off night.
You get paid Friday after the event. One Friday payout for every game from the prior Sunday through Saturday. No marketplace payout delays, no held funds, no surprise chargebacks.
First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders. If this is your first game with us and you’re a Diamondbacks season ticket holder, we take zero commission on your first regular-season listing. The goal is to show you the difference in net payout — then you decide.
Holding Dbacks season seats or Dodgers/Cubs/Yankees series at Chase Field you won’t use?
The closed-roof summer makes Chase Field the only climate-stable inventory in Phoenix — no forecast discount, ever — while Dodgers weekends clear 55-90% above face with Ohtani starts compounding. Send your dates and sections.

| Payout timing | 7-30 days, varies by marketplace | Friday after the event, PayPal or wire |

FAQs about selling Diamondbacks tickets
The Pool Pavilion — is that consignable?
Yes, but as a hospitality product rather than seat inventory. Pool Pavilion rentals are priced on the party package (20-35 person capacity, private area, food and beverage, pool access, iconic right-field location) at $3,000-8,000 per game depending on opponent. If you hold Pool Pavilion inventory via corporate package, we list it against the hospitality-product comp set (other premium private party products across MLB) and price on the experience, not on individual-seat equivalents. Demand clears heaviest on Saturday night games and for premium opponents.
Phoenix summer heat — does the roof really eliminate the demand drop-off?
Yes, effectively. Chase Field’s roof is closed with full air conditioning during June, July, August, and September home games (daytime and evening), keeping the interior at a comfortable 72-76 degrees regardless of outside temperature (which can exceed 110 in summer). This is a structural pricing advantage on summer inventory — demand does not drop off from heat (unlike open-air Texas or California comparables). We price Chase Field summer inventory against the climate-controlled comp set (Miami, Houston), not against heat-exposed ballparks.
Corbin Carroll is the roster’s biggest draw — should I list around his games?
Carroll is the primary position-player draw (2023 NL Rookie of the Year, 2023 NLCS standout), but as a corner outfielder and leadoff hitter he plays 90%+ of games when healthy. We track injury reports and lineup announcements in real time and adjust pricing when he’s unavailable. Confirmed Carroll starts don’t get a specific pitcher-style premium like Ohtani or Skenes (Carroll isn’t a pitcher), but games where he’s out carry a small (5-10%) demand discount, which we reflect in pricing. Zac Gallen and Merrill Kelly pitching starts also carry 5-10% premiums as confirmed No. 1/No. 2 starters.
