Indiana Pacers · Gainbridge Fieldhouse

The Finals run ended on one tendon. Indiana prices on the comeback arc now — pedigree holds the floor, the return sets the ceiling.

The Pacers reached the 2025 NBA Finals behind Tyrese Haliburton, Pascal Siakam’s All-NBA run, and one of the deepest young cores in the East — a run that ended with Haliburton’s Game-7 Achilles tear, the kind of ending that makes a fan base hold its breath and its tickets. Gainbridge Fieldhouse ticket demand has transformed since the Haliburton trade in February 2022, and STH inventory now sits on a valuation base it hasn’t seen since the Reggie Miller era. First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders.

The Pacers ticket market in 2026

Pacers demand at Gainbridge Fieldhouse has three distinct segments now: the home-grown Indiana-basketball devoted base (steady floor), the out-of-state buyer flow from Chicago, Columbus, Louisville, and Cincinnati for marquee opponents, and the new playoff-pedigree premium that stacks when the team is in-season competitive. The 2025 Finals run (eventually losing to Oklahoma City in 7) is the single biggest demand-shifting event in franchise history since the late-90s Conference Finals runs, and 2025-26 inventory prices on that new baseline.

The comeback arc: Indiana’s Finals pedigree holds the pricing floor while Haliburton’s return from the Achilles tear sets the ceiling A chart shows two pricing inputs at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. A solid raised floor, the Finals pedigree, is built from the 2024 and 2025 deep runs, the 31-point Game 6 that closed the 2025 Conference Finals against New York, and the highest-rated Finals telecasts in Indianapolis history. Above it, a dotted ascending curve, the comeback arc, traces Haliburton’s return from the Game 7 Achilles tear through surgery and rehab toward the 2026-27 season, with the price ceiling rising as the arc firms up. Callout chips mark the two marquee dates: the Thunder Finals rematch, the hardest regular-season ticket in the building’s history, and the Knicks rivalry with New York arriving as reigning conference champion. Verdict: the floor is earned and the ceiling is medical; price both, update on the second. The comeback arc Gainbridge Fieldhouse — the floor is earned, the ceiling is medical; price both THE FINALS-PEDIGREE FLOOR — earned, not speculative 2024 + 2025 deep runs · the 31-point Game 6 that closed the East · Indianapolis’ highest-rated Finals TV ever Game 7, June 2025 — the Achilles tear THE COMEBACK ARC — surgery → rehab → the return the ceiling rises as the arc firms up — update on the medical news, not the schedule 2026-27 — the ceiling THUNDER — THE FINALS REMATCH hardest regular-season ticket in building history KNICKS — THE EAST’S DEFINING RIVALRY New York arrives as reigning conference champion The floor is earned, the ceiling is medical — price both.
The page’s own story, corrected and drawn: the Pacers reached the 2025 Finals behind Haliburton — and the run ended with his Game-7 Achilles tear (the page previously said “MCL”), the most demand-shifting injury in franchise history. 2026-27 prices on two inputs: the Finals-pedigree floor (two deep runs, highest-rated Finals TV in Indianapolis history) and the comeback ceiling. The Thunder rematch and the reigning-champion Knicks rivalry lead the card.

The premium windows we watch for Pacers consignors in the 2026-27 season:

vs. Knicks — playoff rematch plus rivalry weight. The 2024 second-round series (Pacers beat Knicks in 7) and the 2025 Conference Finals made this the East’s defining rivalry — and New York arrives as the reigning conference champion now. MSG travel buyers drive demand up.

vs. Thunder — the 2025 Finals rematch. Still the most charged date on the calendar — Game 7 ended on an Achilles tear and a 12-point margin. This date remains the hardest regular-season Pacers ticket to clear in the building’s history.

vs. Bucks — Midwest rivalry, Giannis premium. Milwaukee is 5 hours northwest on I-65. Bucks fans drive in for these dates, and Giannis’s game-by-game health status is a variable.

Nationally televised ESPN and TNT windows. Indiana TV visibility exploded after the 2024-2025 playoff runs. ESPN and TNT windows now carry meaningful premium (20-30% above non-TV dates).

Playoff games. Pacers postseason inventory has 2024 and 2025 data behind it — two deep runs in two years. Playoff Fieldhouse tickets are the scarcest indoor-basketball inventory in Indiana, and the demand base extends from Fort Wayne to Evansville.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse’s Circle Club and Flagship Suites (lower-bowl premium) trade on Indianapolis corporate demand — Eli Lilly, Cummins, Indianapolis-500-adjacent marketing, and the state’s insurance sector. These corporate buyers absorb inventory on entertainment-spend cycles that don’t track the team’s record as closely as retail demand does.

Inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse

Gainbridge Fieldhouse opened November 6, 1999, as Conseco Fieldhouse, renamed Bankers Life Fieldhouse (2011-2021), and Gainbridge Fieldhouse in October 2021 following a naming-rights deal with Group 1001. Capacity for Pacers basketball is 17,274, making it one of the smallest NBA venues by design. The building explicitly evokes 1920s Indiana field house architecture — brick exterior, intimate bowl geometry, and exposed structural steel in the interior. A phased $360M renovation completed in 2023 (the ‘Fieldhouse of the Future’ project) rebuilt premium clubs, added a new east atrium, and upgraded all suites.

The 2019-2023 ‘Fieldhouse of the Future’ renovation

Pacers Sports and Entertainment’s phased $360M renovation through 2023 rebuilt the premium experience without touching the building’s iconic Indiana-fieldhouse exterior: new east entry atrium (Bicentennial Unity Plaza), new Krieg DeVault Club, rebuilt Flagship Suites, new ‘Hall’ premium level, and new AV and lighting systems. The result is a building that reads externally as a 1999 fieldhouse but internally has 2023-generation premium amenities. Listers should benchmark lower-bowl pricing against 2023-and-later comps only; pre-renovation data is not relevant.

The intentionally-intimate bowl and the sections that move

Gainbridge Fieldhouse was designed to evoke the 1928 Indiana state high school basketball tournament’s Butler Fieldhouse — intimate, brick, exposed steel, and asymmetric. The capacity (17,274) is the lowest in the league outside Chase Center, and the bowl geometry brings upper rows closer to the court than most NBA uppers. This matters for pricing: the Flagship Suites, Circle Club (courtside-adjacent), and Krieg DeVault Club are the premium tiers, while the Loge (lower balcony) and Terrace (upper balcony) sections have disproportionate sightline value because of the bowl’s compactness.

Getting there on game day

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is on Pennsylvania Street downtown, a four-block walk from the Indiana State Capitol and three blocks from the Indianapolis Monument Circle. IndyGo Red Line bus rapid transit stops at Capitol and Washington, a three-minute walk. No subway or commuter rail in Indianapolis. Parking is plentiful and moderately priced ($15-35 in adjacent lots and garages). Game-day traffic into downtown is manageable by NBA standards. Most out-of-state travel buyers drive; mentioning I-65 access and downtown hotel proximity helps conversion.

History that still drives Pacers ticket demand

The Pacers won three ABA championships (1970, 1972, 1973) before joining the NBA in 1976. No NBA titles yet, though the franchise has reached the NBA Finals twice (2000 and 2025). The Reggie Miller era (1987-2005) produced the 2000 Finals appearance (lost to the Lakers) and the iconic 1995 Game 1 against New York where Miller scored 8 points in 8.9 seconds. The current era’s demand baseline was set by the February 2022 Tyrese Haliburton trade (from Sacramento for Domantas Sabonis) and the 2023 play-in run that kicked off the competitive window.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse has hosted the 2000 Finals home games, the Paul George / Roy Hibbert Conference Finals runs (2013, 2014), and the 2024 and 2025 deep playoff runs. The 2025 Eastern Conference Finals (vs. New York) closed on Haliburton’s 31-point Game 6 at home. The Finals run itself (losing to Oklahoma City in 7) produced the highest-rated Finals games in Indianapolis television history. 2026-27 inventory prices on the Finals pedigree plus Haliburton’s return-from-Achilles arc — the roster-continuity story (Siakam, Mathurin, the young core) carries the floor while his comeback carries the ceiling.

Beyond basketball: Gainbridge Fieldhouse concert programming

Gainbridge Fieldhouse has hosted Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks, Billy Joel, Eagles, and Olivia Rodrigo. The fieldhouse aesthetic makes it an atypical acoustic environment — the intimate bowl geometry works well for mid-sized tours but less well for stadium-scale productions that need a larger stage footprint. Concert-side pricing benefits from Indianapolis being the default Midwest stop between Chicago and Nashville for most tours, and the building’s brand identity means acts mention it explicitly in their tour announcements.

Why consign your Pacers tickets with us

We know which Pacers games move and when. A Finals rematch is not the same listing problem as a Wednesday vs. Washington. Playoff-pedigree premium dates at the Fieldhouse — rivalry games, Finals rematches, Eastern Conference contenders, national TV — are where Pacers inventory holders leave real money on the table. Our pricing discipline returns multiples on what we charge on those dates.

You don’t manage buyers, transfers, or delivery issues. We handle the full transaction: multi-marketplace listing, delivery, customer support, dispute handling, and replacement tickets if the primary marketplace cancels a transfer the night of the game. You don’t get a text from a stranger at 6:45 PM on tip-off night.

You get paid Friday after the event. One Friday payout for every game from the prior Sunday through Saturday. No marketplace payout delays, no held funds, no surprise chargebacks.

First regular-season sale is commission-free for new season ticket holders. If this is your first game with us and you’re a Pacers season ticket holder, we take zero commission on your first regular-season listing. The goal is to show you the difference in net payout — then you decide.

Holding Pacers season seats or Knicks/Thunder dates at Gainbridge you won’t use?

Two deep runs in two years built a Finals-pedigree floor under Pacers pricing, and Haliburton’s return-from-Achilles arc sets the ceiling above it. The Thunder rematch and champion-Knicks dates are the hardest tickets in the building’s history. Send your dates and sections.

FAQs about selling Pacers tickets

How does my section affect what my Pacers tickets sell for?

Gainbridge Fieldhouse has four main tiers. Courtside and the Circle Club are a separate market — four figures per seat for Finals-rematch and Lakers dates. Krieg DeVault Club and the Loge are the mid-bowl premium tiers, trading on corporate-entertainment signals. Lower bowl 100s is the volume premium. Terrace upper bowl is the retail tier. Each tier moves on different signals, and playoff-pedigree premium has added 15-25% to all tiers since 2024.

My Pacers game got rescheduled — what happens to my consigned ticket?

NBA games almost never reschedule. Gainbridge Fieldhouse’s other tenants are the Indiana Fever (WNBA) and concerts; scheduling conflicts are managed well in advance. The league’s standard policy is tickets remain valid for any new date. We handle all buyer communication. If the game is canceled outright (extremely rare), we refund the buyer and you’re not charged commission.

Should I wait until closer to game day to list my Pacers tickets?

For Thunder (Finals rematch), Knicks, Bucks, and national TV dates, list 60-90 days out — that captures Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Louisville travel buyers. For standard weeknight games, 10-14 days out works. Playoff-implication dates (late-March, April) have their own curve as standings clarify.
