How it works
Send us the artist, the date, the section and how the tickets were purchased. We confirm the transfer path and any restrictions first. Then we price by hand against live demand — residency pricing moves with the calendar, and a date three months out is a different market than a date next week — list across every major marketplace plus our broker and private-buyer network, handle the buyer and the transfer, and pay you the Friday after the sale. You keep ownership until they sell, and you can pull them any time before that. Commission is 20% (15% on major events), and nothing is owed if they don’t sell.

Yes. Groups are common with residency inventory, and we handle the whole block — though we’ll often price and list strategically rather than dumping four seats at once, because pairs frequently produce a better total than a single group listing. Either way, you decide and we handle it.
Can all residency tickets be resold?

How fast do residency tickets sell?
Usually faster than a one-off local show, because demand is national and the date is fixed in a buyer’s travel plan. But timing still matters: the strongest buyers are the ones still booking flights, which means earlier is better than the week of the show.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. Commission is 20% (15% on major events), taken only from completed sales. If the tickets don’t sell, you owe nothing and you still have them. Payment goes out every Friday by PayPal or wire.
