NYCFC matches occasionally shift from Yankee Stadium to an alternate venue (such as Citi Field) because of Yankees scheduling conflicts, or reschedule for Concacaf. The standard policy is that tickets stay valid for the new date or venue, and we handle all buyer communication. If a match is canceled outright (extremely rare), we refund the buyer and you’re not charged commission on that listing.
