Standby seller list
You don’t have to be ready to sell to get on our list.
Tell us what you hold. We won’t list anything. We’ll only reach out — once, by your preferred channel — if a real buyer asks for your section.
Most people who eventually consign their tickets through us aren’t ready when they first hear about us. They’ve got premium seats — Cowboys lower bowl, Knicks club, Masters badges, HLSR season — and the idea of selling sits in the back of their mind for months before they actually do it.
The standby list is for that in-between moment. If we never call, you’ve lost nothing. If we do, it’s because somebody on the buyer side is asking for exactly what you have, and the conversation starts from there.
How this works
1. You submit the form.
Your details land in our buyer-match database. No public listing, no posting on any marketplace, nothing visible outside our system.
2. We hold your information until a buyer specifically asks for it.
When a buyer enters their wishlist for tickets matching your section and team, you become a potential match. Most standby entries are matched within 6 months. Some never are, and that’s fine.
3. We reach out — once — through your preferred channel.
A short message: “A buyer is asking for [section] in [team]’s [game]. They’re offering [price range]. Open to a conversation about consigning?” You say yes, no, or “not right now.”
What this isn’t
This is not a listing. Your tickets aren’t being marketed anywhere. Nobody can find them. Nobody knows you have them.
This is not a contract. You’re not committing to sell. You can change your mind, change your sections, or remove yourself from the list at any time.
This is not an upfront-fee anything. There’s no charge to be on the list. No charge if we never match you.

Frequently asked questions
Will you actually call me?
Only when a buyer specifically asks for tickets matching your section and team. Most people on the list hear from us within 6 months. Some never do, and we don’t artificially drum up reasons to reach out.
What if I change my mind?
You can opt off the list any time by replying to any email or text from us, or by emailing hello@sellticketsfast.com. No process, no friction.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. There’s no charge to be on the standby list, and no charge if we never match you. Our only fees are commissions on tickets that actually sell — 20% standard, 15% on major premium events, 0% on your first regular-season sale as a new season ticket holder.
What if I’m not sure I want to sell?
That’s exactly who this list is for. Most people on the standby list are still figuring out whether they want to consign. We’re patient with that.
What if I have multiple sections or multiple teams?
Submit each one separately, or use the notes field to describe the full picture. We can match against any of your inventory independently.
Is my information private?
Yes. The list is internal to us. Nothing about your inventory becomes public. Your contact details are not shared with buyers.
How is this different from the /sell form?
The /sell form is for tickets you’re ready to consign now — submit, transfer, get listed, get paid Friday. The standby list is for tickets you’re not ready to sell yet but might be later.
Can I be on the standby list and the buyer wishlist at the same time?
Absolutely. Many of our most active clients are both. They’re independent systems and they don’t conflict.
